Post-Activity Materials

To receive continuing education credit for this live activity, each participant must complete the post-activity materials no later than July 1, 2019. Completion of the online materials serves as validation of your attendance for this activity. 

 

At the end of the activity you will be able to view, save, or print your certificate of participation. A complete listing of all of your activities can be found in your profile.

 

1. On the morning of June 3, 2019, go to optumhealtheducation.com If you do not have an account, click the ‘Create Account’ button (upper, right-hand-side) and enter your information. If you do have an account, click the ‘Log In’ button (upper, right-hand-side) and enter your log-in information.

2. Once logged in, go to optumhealtheducation.com/wms-2019-live Click REGISTER and then click BEGIN.  Click CE INFO and then click START

3. Review the CME info and click Next in the lower right-hand corner then START QUIZ. Upon completion of the quiz click FINISH. After reviewing your results, click NEXT.

4. Complete the Evaluation and click SUBMIT and then click NEXT on the bottom of the page. 

5. If applicable, check Claim this type box under AMA or ATTENDANCE and click SUBMIT NOTE: This activity is worth up to 12.00 credits. Providers should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

6. Enter the “amount of credits to claim,” and check the box marked “I agree that I am only claiming credit commensurate with the extent of my participation in the activity.”

7. Click SUBMIT and then NEXT on the bottom of the next screen

8. Your certificate will automatically generate. Click Download Certificate (You can print or save your certificate at this time).
